The Gilbert Model Railroad Club is located in the heritage district of downtown Gilbert, Arizona inside the HD South Museum. Our model railroad club proudly showcases an impressive HO scale layout spanning over 1,500 square feet. This layout beautifully captures the essence of the golden age of railroading, bringing history to life through intricate design and meticulous attention to detail.

About Our Club

Welcoming visitors and prospective members, the club invites you to explore an engaging world where trains traverse miniature replicas of central Arizona's towns. Along the way, they pass iconic landmarks from various cities, showcasing the region's charm in intricate detail. Visit us during museum hours at the HDSouth Museum to experience the captivating HO scale layout. Relive the golden era of railroading as the steam and diesel trains of the Santa Fe, Southern Pacific and Magma Arizona Railroads spring to life. Marvel at the artistry and precision behind our detailed designs.
